Va faire un scan sur le site de kaspersky et pose ici le rapport de détection.

- Le scan en ligne avec Kaspersky est comptaible avec Vista, suis cette procédure :

1/

Désactive l'UAC-User Account Control - contrôle des comptes utilisateurs

[*] Démarrer ==> Panneau de Configuration
[*] Double clique sur l'icône Comptes d'utilisateurs
[*] Clique ensuite sur Désactiver et valide.


2/

- Fais un scan en ligne ici http://webscanner.kaspersky.fr/ (A faire avec Internet Explorer)

- En bas à droite clique sur Démarrer Online-scanner dans la nouvelle fenêtre qui s'affiche clique sur J'accepte
- Accepte les Contrôle ActivX

- Choisis Poste de travail pour le scan. Celui-ci terminé clique sur Enregistrer rapport sous (Choisis fichier texte)
- Utilise ensuite cjoint.com http://cjoint.com/ pour poster en lien ton rapport

- Clique sur Parcourir pour aller chercher le rapport de kaspersky
- Clique sur Ouvrir ensuite sur Créer le lien Cjoint

- Fais un copier/coller du lien qui est devant Le lien a été créé: dans ta prochaine réponse.



- Pour t'aider à utiliser le scan en ligne http://cybersecurite.xooit.com/t100[...]e-Kaspersky.htm
- Si tu as un probléme pour l'installation du Contrôle ActivX lis ceci http://cybersecurite.xooit.com/t123[...]les-ActiveX.htm

NOTE : Si tu reçois le message "La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée", va dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes puis désinstalle On-Line Scanner, reconnecte toi sur le site de Kaspersky pour retenter le scan en ligne.

Le scan ne marche pas, il ne va pas jusqu'au bout des mises à jours. Il faut que je réinstalle l'application mais je ne sais pas où aller pour la désinstaller.

Regarde la Note en bas de la procédure.

Je ne trouve pas le programme, j'ai même lancé une recherche sur tout le pc mais rien n'est trouvé. Pourtant, le scan continue à bugguer en me disant que le programme a été mal installé.

As tu désactivé l'UAC

Oui, il n'était pas activé.

On va procéder autrement :

- Télécharge combofix.exe (de sUBs) de l'un de ces liens

http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe enregistre ce fichier sur le bureau (impératif)


Note : Le scan est à faire navigateur fermé ainsi que toutes les applications en cours, Antivirus et logicels de sécurité fermés ou désactivés.



* Fais un clic droit sur combofix.exe choisis "Exécuter en tant que... Administrateur".

* Tape 1 valide par Entrée pour lancer le scan

* Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt
